Inhalation ICRP 68

The following is a listing of the ICRP 68 dose conversion factors for inhalation of some commonly-encountered radionuclides. The values shown below are in units of “millirem per microcurie inhaled” for one (1) and then five (5) micrometer AMAD particle sizes.  These values may be used to convert estimates of intake into effective dose. Included as well is a notation showing the applicable lung absorption class (i.e., F = fast, M = moderate and S = slow).
